In June, PLAST_CELL was represented by CRG at the EIC Summit 2026 in Brussels, an event bringing together researchers, innovators, companies, investors and other stakeholders from across the European innovation ecosystem.

As PLAST_CELL approaches its final stages, the Summit was a valuable opportunity to present the project and its latest results to a wider audience, while exploring possible pathways for further development after the end of the project. The event also allowed the team to connect with the EIC community and discuss potential next steps, including future funding opportunities such as EIC Transition and other support schemes.

The new PLAST_CELL flyer was presented at the event to showcase the project, its approach and potential applications in a clear and visual way.
